This ground floor, 4 star, en-suite B&B is situated in Kington on the Offa's Dyke Foot Path,and Mortimer Trail, and close to many other trails and footpaths to suite all levels of ability.

Packed Breakfasts and Lunches are available if ordered in advance.  Breakfasts are included in your overnight price.  Lunches cost £5 each.

Evening meals can also be ordered in advance and menus can be sent on request.  We can cater for a range of special dietary requirements if notified in advance.

Why not spend a little longer with us?  We have a special offer for 2009, three nights for the price of two for twin occupancy of the Kingswood Suite.  We are happy, for a small fee, to transfer walkers to a destination of your choice (up to 15 miles) for you to walk back to us.  This saves you the bother of packing and unpacking every night.

Your baggage can precede you - just let us know when to expect it, and it should be waiting for you in the Kingswood Suite on your arrival. 

When you leave us, again for a small fee, we can transport your baggage up to 15 miles to your next destination.

We have a good selection of walks leaflets, books and maps available for loan during your stay with us.

A boot scraper and outside tap is available.and there are facilities for drying wet clothes and boots in the suite.
