£37.50 per person per night for the Kingswood Suite, to include a full Borders Cooked Breakfast, Vegetarian equivalent or Continental Breakfast.  A Packed breakfast is available at no extra charge, if booked in advance.

There is no supplement to pay for single occupancy.

Booking Terms

£25 per night deposit.

The deposit is non-refundabe if booking is cancelled within 4 weeks of stay, but may however, be transferred to an alternative date within 12 months of the original booking (subject to availablilty).

If cancelled with more than four weeks notice, the deposit will be returned minus a small administration charge.
